The following was written Summer of 2024.

Upon hiring, I unknowingly took over the website rebuild on WordPress, including design, copy, SEO and all backend development. This work, has increased the website’s users to 15K, with 14K new users—both up over 100% from May 2023 to August 2024—and 182K event counts, up 164.3%. Of the 15K users, 5.2K were from organic searches, and 1.6K from referrals. As well, the social media campaigns I’ve created within the same period, have achieved a reach of 75.4K and 2.5K content interactions on Facebook — up over 100% from the previous period. The same period, I grew reach to 19.8K on Instagram—up 148.9%—with 3.4K content interactions, up 100%.

Through Google Ad Grants, I created campaigns that have garnered 2.8K impressions, 316 clicks with 153 conversions — at a conversion rate of 49%. These search ads serve to potential donors, as well those who are searching for our services. Last year we restarted email campaigns, and this year alone we have sent over 34K emails, with a 40% open rate and 3.1% click rate. I have published multiple press releases, including organizing local television interviews on six different occasions. My efforts in copywriting, design, website development, media coverage, social media, email and Google Ads campaigns have helped to generate over $15K in donations this year alone, and $23K in donations the previous year.
